Rules for Submissions
• All submissions should be created in Windows 98 (or higher) compatible file format
• Zip files cannot be accepted.
• Your submission will be acknowledged on-line after you have successfully submitted your on-line submission form.
• The submission form may be submitted via the 6th Asia-Pacific (APacCHRIE) Conference and THE-ICE International Panel of Experts Forum 2008 website after 17th September 2007. This form acts as your title page.
• Your WORD document file (attached to the Submission Form's Email message) should begin with the second page and is to only include the Title and a 100-word Abstract (no author names or identification should be included in this WORD document).
• All submissions are to use an A4 page setting, Times New Roman 12pt font, single spaced. See Paper Format Guidelines for the abstract, paper, and referencing style.
• Deadline for Full Paper Submission is 25th February 2008
• Deadline for Poster Paper and Working Paper Submission is 10th March 2008
• Deadline for Symposium Paper Submission is 10th March 2008
• To minimise the voluntary work of the Paper Review Committee, submissions that do not comply with the above guidelines will be rejected.

Committments
The submission and selection of a paper is an indication of a commitment to attend the conference. Papers are required to only be submitted on-line via the e-mail hyperlink found within the 2008 Conference Electronic Submission Form.
Author/s of accepted Papers, Posters/Abstracts and Symposiums are required to register for the full conference or for a minimum of one-day conference registration for the day of their presentation by the published registration deadlines. In the case of accepted Papers or Posters with multiple authors, at least one author is required to register for the full conference or for a one-day conference registration for the day of the presentation by the published registration deadline. All travel and additional expenses, including the conference registration fee and accommodations, are the responsibility of the presenter(s).
The Paper Review Committee will correspond with the lead primary author only. It is the lead primary author's responsibility to notify all co-presenters regarding the status of their submission as well as to notify the Committee of any change in Lead Author contact information. The Scientific Paper Committee will use the contact information provided on the original submission and it is the lead primary author's responsibility to notify the Paper Review Committee of any change in contact information.
To ensure a balanced program, a speaker should not participate in more than three Paper presentations scheduled throughout the Conference.
